How long we retain your data

For users that apply to perform to the festival and fill out the form on our website (or via Google Forms), we store the personal information they provide in their form submission. Website administrators and members of the Programming team can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have a submitted a performance application, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitors who have signed up for our mailing list will have their data sent to Email Octopus, our email marketing service. Visitors who have submitted a performance application will have their data sent to Google. Both services comply with GDPR.
