The main venue for the Festival is Comedy Café Berlin (CCB), at Roseggerstr. 17 in the neighborhood of Neukölln. The M41 bus, U7 U-Bahn (subway), and the S-Bahn (urban rail ringline) all stop nearby. Our second venue is the art collective/performance space Ida Nowhere, just down the street at Donaustr. 79.

Getting Here

  • By Air: Both Berlin-Tegel and Berlin-Schönefeld airports are very close to the city and have easy public transportation options.
  • By Train: Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Main Station), Südkreuz, and Ostbahnhof are all safe options getting into the city and close to us. The M41 bus runs directly from the Main Station to the Geygerstraße stop around the corner from us.
  • By Bus: The main bus station is in the far west of the city but there are easy public transportation options to get you over to our neck of the woods. Flixbus also stops at Südkreuz, which will get you closer to us.
  • By Car: Really? You’re on your own!

We recommend staying in Neukölln or Kreuzberg to make things easy, but Berlin’s public transport is quite expansive and easy to navigate so you’ll be fine more or less anywhere.,, and are all good options to search for accommodation.

Useful Travel Apps

  • The official BVG (local transit system) app is called FahrInfo. It’s available in English and is often better than Google Maps because it is aware of construction and other details. You can buy tickets directly on the app and view a map of the train system.
  • Google Maps often works just fine, especially for walking.
  • BerlKönig is a ride-share app offered by the BVG, and is affordable and easy to use.
  • There’s practically a bike on every corner, and Berlin is a bike-friendly city with many bike lanes. Lidl Bike, Mobike, Moov, Next Bike, Lime, Donkey Republic & more all operate here.
  • The mytaxi app will order an official taxi for you. Uber and Lyft are not recommended.

Food & Drink

Comedy Café Berlin will have light food available for sale. Ida Nowhere will not have any food for sale. Both venues will be operating a full bar during and after performances. There are a wide variety of restaurants and kebab shops, as well as spätis (corner stores open late) and plenty of bars within walking distance of both venues. We recommend exploring Weserstraße for a fun stroll and the best food options.
