Have you ever had a very normal, everyday interaction and picked apart every tiny detail afterwards in your mind? For days. Your imagination ran wild with where it could’ve/might’ve/should’ve gone. It entered your dreams as an absurd distortion inspired by one very real moment.

One grounded scene will be ruthlessly dissected, its essence torn apart and left in pieces by the end of the show (in a fun way).

Health Plan is Berlin’s Adrian Doonan, Billy Mason Wood, Eli Wentzel-Fisher, Ivana Verle, Lauren Sedger, Lisa Gelbhart, Matilde Keizer, Michele Guido, Richie Murphy, Theresa Robinson and Trevor Silverstein.

After taking a workshop on the Slacker, this group of Berlin-based improvisers thought about forming a team, then thought about it some more, until one person actually asked out loud and the rest responded with an enthusiastic, ‘¯_(ツ)_/¯ Sure, whatever’.

Following rich characters on a meandering journey into and around all facets of their lives, Slackers uncovers the unexpected nuggets of humour we find when we take the time to lazily pay attention to a stranger for a little longer than is considered socially acceptable.
